Our Mission
PostureCore Dynamics was founded by biomechanists, certified ergonomists, and occupational health researchers to address the modern epidemic of sedentary posture dysfunction. We provide independent, peer-reviewed knowledge to help knowledge professionals thrive at work.
Evidence-Based Integrity
Our guidelines reference established standards from the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society (HFES) and published occupational health literature. We do not endorse commercial supplement pills and maintain strict research independence.
